Tollhouse, CA's Sewage Cleanup Team, Full PPE Every Job

We treat every sewage call as a biohazard situation because it genuinely is one.

Porous materials that contacted blackwater usually need to be removed and disposed of, since they can't be fully disinfected.

We use EPA-registered antimicrobial products specifically rated for blackwater contamination.

We verify air quality and complete surface disinfection checks before signing off.

Often yes, especially for sudden sewer backups, though coverage varies by policy — we can help document the loss for your claim.

Immediately — the longer contaminated water sits, the further bacteria and odor can spread into surrounding materials.
